Shipping Policy (SevRiQ Official)

Orders received on Sundays and on Pakistan's National Holidays will be processed and shipped on the next working day.
Delivery time is usually 4–5 working days (No delivery on Sundays). During busy shopping seasons or mega sales, delivery can take up to 7 working days.
For canceled or undelivered orders, the customer must pay an advance of Rs 500 on their next order.
For orders above Rs 15,000, a 20% advance payment is required.

We will deliver to the home or office address provided when placing your order.
PO boxes cannot be used. All deliveries must be signed upon receipt.
We will attempt delivery at least twice to the provided address.
